METHOD

  3. Knead until smooth.
  4. Rest 45 minutes.

2. Make the Caramel

  1. Melt butter + sugar.
  2. Add syrup + cinnamon.
  3. Simmer until glossy.

3. Cook the Waffles

  1. Heat waffle iron.
  2. Roll dough into balls.
  3. Press and cook until golden.

4. Fill
