Our Vietnamese coffee products — including whole beans, ground coffee, and instant coffee — are natural agricultural goods.Flavour, aroma, and appearance may vary between batches.

2 Brewing & Consumption

  • Brewing instructions are general guidance only.
  • Strength, flavour, and caffeine levels vary by preparation method.
  • Individuals sensitive to caffeine should consume responsibly.

3 Allergen Information (Roasted & Instant Coffee)

Our coffee products are made from coffee and do not intentionally contain common allergens.However:

  • Products may be processed or packed in facilities that also handle nuts, soy, dairy, gluten‑containing cereals, sesame, and other allergens.
  • Cross‑contact may occur despite strict hygiene controls.
  • Instant coffee may be produced using shared equipment depending on supplier processes.
  • Customers with severe allergies should review labels carefully and contact us before purchase.
  • All allergen statements comply with Australian food labelling requirements and may vary between suppliers- Non Dairy Creamer contains Casein a protein derived from milk.
