Returns & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)

8.1 Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

8.2 Change‑of‑Mind Returns

For hygiene and food‑safety reasons, we only accept change‑of‑mind returns for unopened, unused, and undamaged products.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days
• Provide your order number and clear photos
  We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with ACL.

8.4 Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
