• Prices include GST where applicable.
• We may update prices at any time without notice.

5. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation

We accept payment via: EFT and Shopify payments

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Shipping Locations

We ship Australia‑wide and to selected international destinations on application.

6.2 Processing Times

Orders are processed within1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

6.3 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–10 business days
• Express Shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, customs, or unforeseen events.

6.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to your nominated address.

7. Unattended Deliveries / Authority to Leave (ATL)

Our standard delivery is for Authority to Leave, or if the courier determines that your address is suitable for unattended delivery, the parcel may be left in a safe location at your address.Once the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided or a safe delivery point as determined by the courier and marked as “delivered” by the courier, risk and responsibility for the parcel pass to you. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.If you prefer a signature on delivery, please select this option at checkout (where available).

8. Rewards Points Program

Our rewards program (“Rewards Program”) is offered as a voluntary customer benefit.

• Rewards points have no cash value
• Points are non‑transferable and may only be redeemed by the account holder.
• Points may be adjusted or revoked in cases of returns, cancellations, or suspected misuse.
• Participation does not alter your rights under the ACL.

If a purchase made with points is refunded:

• Points used will be returned
• Points earned may be deducted

9.2 Brewing & Consumption

• Brewing instructions are general guidance only.
• Strength, flavour, and caffeine levels vary by preparation method.
• Individuals sensitive to caffeine should consume responsibly.

9.3 Allergen Information (Roasted & Instant Coffee)

Our coffee products are made from coffee and do not intentionally contain common allergens.However:

• Products may be processed or packed in facilities that also handle nuts, soy, dairy, gluten‑containing cereals, sesame, and other allergens.
• Cross‑contact may occur despite strict hygiene controls.
• Instant coffee may be produced using shared equipment depending on supplier processes.
• Customers with severe allergies should review labels carefully and contact us before purchase.
• All allergen statements comply with Australian food labelling requirements and may vary between suppliers- Non Dairy Creamer contains Casein a protein derived from milk.
