What Makes It Special

Saigon Breakfast is a skilfully crafted blend of wild black teas from the high mountain provinces of northern Vietnam, elevated further by the addition of a highly oxidised red oolong. The result is a breakfast tea with real complexity — complementary flavours that excite and energise from the very first sip.

How to Brew

Use 3–4g per 200ml of water at 95–100°C. Steep for 3–4 minutes for a full-bodied cup. Add milk for a creamy, robust breakfast brew, or lemon for a brighter, cleaner finish.
