Brewing Recommendation

For authentic Vietnamese coffee, use a traditional phin filter with 1.5 tablespoons per cup. The slow drip extraction brings out the full flavor complexity. Enjoy black to appreciate the balanced profile, or add condensed milk for the classic ca phe sua. Also excellent as a base for specialty coffee drinks.
